This book is a collection of actionable, research-based strategies that have been proven to fight hunger and increase adherence during a diet, two crucial elements to any successful approach. And for less than a night out for two — it’s  only $24! — you can learn invaluable strategies that’ll last you a lifetime!

If you want to lose fat you need to be eating fewer calories than you’re burning. There’s no way around it.

Weight = Calories In vs. Calories Out

But this is easier said than done. That’s because your body views dieting as a stress.

And it fights back hard to keep you within a predetermined comfort zone, or preferred weight range.

The longer, or harsher (lower your calories) your diet is, the harder your body fights back. This translates to increased hunger and fatigue.

Once hunger and fatigue become persistent enough, it’s only a matter of time before you break your diet.

The major problem is that you add significant calories at a time when your body is adapted to relatively few calories, and at a time when it wants to store as much as possible so that it can be prepared for any future stress (aka another calorie deficit).

The Result: Your body stores these additional calories and you gain back any weight initially lost, yet, are still adapted to a very low calorie intake.

The logical next step? Get back on your diet.

But because you spent a long time on fewer calories before, the scale hardly budges.

Next step? Further reduce calories (and maybe add or increase cardio).

But if you were hungry and tired before, imagine what you’ll feel like now…

Shortly after the change, you break your diet again.

And so the vicious yo-yo dieting cycle begins…

How can you overcome this?

There are numerous nutrition strategies you can employ to help fight hunger and increase energy, both of which significantly increase the likelihood of diet adherence and ultimately, success.

One strategy is eating more protein. Make sure you get a copy of the FREE eBook above to learn how eating more protein can help you lose more weight.
