In addition to getting an individualized nutrition plan based on your previous nutrition and training history, medical history, age, size, goals, current nutrition and training, schedule, and more, you’ll also get unlimited email communication with me.

You’ll also be expected to check in with me twice per week – this is the optimal amount that I have seen enhance accountability and success among the hundreds of people I have worked with.
