What You Should NOT Expect.

That’s because diets don’t work.

What works, is finding a sustainable approach that empower you to eat healthily and confidently, without feeling guilty for having the occasional treat.

Plus, nutrition is highly individualized. If I were to build you a nutrition plan, not only would it be one founded on flexibility, but it would be based on your previous nutrition and training history, medical history, age, size, goals, current nutrition and training, schedule, and more.

2. Me to do all the work for you.

I can provide you with the information and tools you need to succeed. I can also provide you with the accountability, support, and encouragement necessary to reach your nutrition goals. But I can’t do it all.

The execution is on you.

You need to have the drive to implement what I provide, and the desire to change your lifestyle.
